OUR PROCESS:
1. BOOK AN APPOINTMENT
Choose the type of appointment you would like and speak to our reception to schedule it, or visit our online booking site. Please note, not all appointment times and types are available online.
2. COMPLETE YOUR INTAKE FORMS
Intake forms will be sent to you by email once an appointment has been confirmed. Print or complete your intake forms online, or ask our reception for a printed copy. Please complete these forms before arriving for your appointment. If available, please also bring copies of any relevant medical records (such as blood tests, CT or MRI reports, pathology reports, etc).
3. MEET WITH YOUR DOCTOR
Most first visits are about 60-90 minutes. During this time we gather a thorough medical history, review any available medical records, and gain a detailed understanding of your individual circumstances. Specific questions relating to your diagnoses and chief concerns will be asked, as well as general markers of health, such as how you eat, sleep, your digestion, stresses, etc. as these all affect your health. If required, there may be a complaint oriented physical examination and further laboratory testing may be ordered. By the end of your appointment your doctor will present the best treatment options available, and together with your input, create a personalized treatment plan.
4. STOCK UP ON WHAT YOU NEED
You can purchase your recommended natural health products from our in-office dispensary, from our online store, or from any local health food store, where available.
5. BOOK A FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT
Scheduling a follow up visit is easy, just speak to one of our receptionists or book online. The number and frequency of your follow up appointments depends on the condition being treated, but usually patients need at least 1 or 2 follow up appointments. Your second visit can be up to 45 minutes long and follow up appointment after that are based on needs, and typically range between 15-45 minutes.
