STOOL PARASITOLOGY TESTING

Persistent abdominal pain, diarrhea, or rectal bleeding can be signs of a parasitic infection of the intestines.  This test can be performed to identify abnormal intestinal microflora or intestinal imbalances specifically caused by parasites. Those who have travelled out of the country, who have used antibiotics excessively, have outdoor pets or consume raw or uncooked foods may be at greater risk of parasitic infection. This may be a necessary step to help identify the cause of chronic digestive complaints.

Talk to your naturopathic doctor to see if this test is right for you.
