To protect our patients, health care providers,  and community during this pandemic, Nova Health Integrative Medicine and the Core Link Wellness Centre have created procedures to safely treat patients who have needs that are essential in nature.  Telemedicine consultations including  phone and secure video are being offered to all patients who are not required to be seen in-person.

In-person treatments are limited to essential care only and will be assessed by your individual naturopathic doctor.  Please call or email the clinic to set up a time to speak to your provider.  (905)592-0095 and info@novahealth.ca.  If no one answers the phone, please leave a message as we are checking messages regularly.

Some of the steps that we are taking to provide a safe environment to see patients in-person include:

• Active screening of patients at risk of COVID19 infection before entering the premise.

• The use of personal protective equipment such as masks, gloves, shields, and gowns. 

• Increase cleaning and sanitation of the premise and high-touch surfaces.

• Creating distance by allowing only one patient per room, including the reception area.

• Decreasing the traffic in the clinic by stopping non-essential services and personnel.  

• Creating a touch-less scheduling, invoicing, and billing process.
